Collection costs: Any student whose account that goes into default will be responsible for all collection costs associated with the collection of the past due amount.

Please note: The Business Services Office accepts payments only in the forms of cash, check or money order. Credit/debit card payment can only be made online through your individual PRISM account.

ONLINE PAYMENT NOTICE: VISA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS IN PRISM.

Due to the Visa merchant rules, the UW Colleges (UW-Richland) will no longer be accepting VISA credit card payments for tuition and fees as of November 1, 2006. This only affects payments made online.

Online Payment Options:

Web check = no cost to you
MasterCard and Discover = $15 convenience fee

Visa will still be accepted at all Continuing Education and the Bookstore.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but it is the only way we can continue to have a "no cost option" for you to pay for tuition and fees via the web.
